Dinner for two doesn't need a reservation. All it takes is two good steaks, a hot pan or grill, and a bottle of something red.

Each 6 oz. flat iron steak is graded Choice, hand-butchered and well marbled. It comes already marinated in garlic, pepper and herbs, so it's ready to cook right out of the package. Sear it, let it rest, and slice it across the grain. You can also slice it thin over a salad for a lighter lunch.

A simple, generous meal for two. Serves 2.
