Each Tortellini Pasta Salad is 32 oz. and serves 4 to 6.
Thaw overnight under refrigeration. Bring 4 quarts of salted water to a rapid boil. Carefully add pasta to water. Reduce heat and simmer for approximately 3 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Strain pasta and chill in cold water for 3 minutes. Strain pasta again and add to a mixing bowl. Open mozzarella pouch and salad dressing pouch on top of the tortellini in mixing bowl. Mix well to incorporate all ingredients. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 days.
